SHIPMENT
For deliveries in France we use the services of Afterwork Delivery and DHL in standard shipping mode.
For deliveries outside France we only use DHL services in standard shipping mode
All orders made are sent directly to our dispatch center. Normally, the order will be sent to Afterwork Delivery and DHL within 48 hours. As soon as your order is ready to be shipped, ie, waiting for support by the carrier, you will receive an e-mail notification with the tracking link and the tracking number. You can count on Afterwork Delivery for deliveries even on weekends.
Delivery for France takes place within 3 to 5 working days after shipment and for countries. When delivering abroad, customs clearance may result in delays and additional costs.
FREE delivery for orders over 75 € in all European Union countries as well as in Switzerland and USA without shipping costs! Shipping costs are EUR 25.00 for Russia, EUR 35.00 for Asia and the United Arab Emirates and EUR 49.00 for the rest of the world.
For national shipments in France we use the services of Afterwork Delivery and DHL, For shipments abroad, we use the services of DHL.
RETURNS
The return costs are the responsibility of KOA VISIONS.
We will inform you as soon as we have processed your return.
As soon as we have processed your return (10 to 14 business days), we will immediately refund the amount by the original payment method. If the payment was made by credit card, the refund on your account may take up to four weeks depending on the credit institution.
