Can I order without a user account?

Yes you have the option to order without a user account.

However the benefits of having an account is to access quickly to your order history, change billing and shipping addresses or manage your subscription to the newsletter. It is also possible to easily place other orders without having to retype your personal data.

SHIPMENT

What are the possible shipping methods?

For deliveries in France we use the services of Afterwork Delivery and DHL in standard shipping mode.

For deliveries outside France we only use DHL services in standard shipping mode

How long does it take to ship the order?

All orders made are sent directly to our dispatch center. Normally, the order will be sent to Afterwork Delivery and DHL within 48 hours. As soon as your order is ready to be shipped, ie, awaiting supported by the carrier, you recevr ie z notified by e-mail with the link tracking and the tracking number. You can count on Afterwork Delivery for deliveries even on weekends.

What is the delivery delay ?

FREE delivery for orders over 79€ in all European Union countries as well as in Switzerland, USA and Canada without shipping costs! Shipping costs are 36 euros for the rest of the world.

I have not received an order confirmation?

After ordering in our online shop, you will receive your order confirmation by e-mail . If you did vez not received within one hour, it may be due to one of the reasons include:

Where's my package ?

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an e-mail notification and also for each step of the delivery.

How long do I have to retract my order?
